If a cancellation is made up to 2 weeks before the date of check-in, you will only pay 50% of the total cost of the stay. If a cancellation is made within 2 weeks of check-in, no refund will be offered.

The Vive Unique service fee is non-refundable.
A reservation is not officially cancelled until the guest receives a cancellation confirmation e-mail from Vive Unique. Cancellations must be made a full 14 days prior to check in date.
