HISTORIC CANAL BELT - Really nice studio for up to two persons. It is situated at a very good location in the Jordaan, which is near to all kind of entertainment area's like Dam square. The studio is very comfortable and fully equipped. The apartment has a lovely view on the Amsterdam canal and the neighborhood provides different restaurants and shops. Everything you'll need during your stay is present. Living space will provide you such comfort that you will feel like at home. There's a T.V for all your entertainment purposes. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposition with all the cooking utensils you might need to prepare great meals! The room is lovely decorated with Dutch details and it accommodates two guests in one double bed. Bed linens and blankets provided. Separated bathroom with toilet and shower. Towels will be included. ***Please note the following conditions: -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros -Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in. In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
