Chelsea is an upmarket neighbourhood equivalent to that of New York's Upper East Side or the 16th arrondissement of Paris, with stylish and unique homes to match. It is a wealthy area of London that overlooks the River Thames from Chelsea Bridge near Battersea, right along the Chelsea Embankment to Chelsea Harbour, a perfect spot for a romantic evening with its many restaurants and bars.
The most famous street in the area is the King’s Road, which takes its name from the time it was Charles II’s private thoroughfare, and is one of the Capital’s most popular streets with a good variety of shops and cafes to explore. At the North East end, you’ll find Sloane Square which also has many high end shops, such as Tiffany & Co. and Hugo Boss as well as the impressive Saatchi Gallery at the Duke of York’s Square. The King’s Road is home to many fine dining restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay, Hache, Tom’s Kitchen and The Bluebird, which is often noted as the place to be seen in Chelsea.

Arranged over five floors, this very special London property offers guests five star accommodation and triumphantly displays the homeowner's passion and talent for design.
Elegance flows throughout this home co-ordinated by a strikingly cool palette of creams, satin whites, neutral tones, opulent textures and luxurious patterns. A magnificent staircase gracefully links each floor together.
On the ground level and off the entrance hall, the large drawing room provides a truly grand space in which to receive guests or simply relax. There are windows at both aspects of the room and a bay window with French doors leading onto the courtyard garden. Solid white oiled oak flooring stretches the length of the room. Arranged around a pair of bespoke hand carved marble gas fireplaces is an assortment of fine furniture and accessories, including a white grand piano.
Turn back into the entrance hall, accessed through a hidden bespoke mirrored bar, and guests enter a beautiful family room. Along one wall is a mirrored panel and on the opposite wall doors open up to the courtyard garden. There are lots of comfortable seats to relax in and a 50" Plasma TV.
The family room leads into a bespoke white kitchen/dining room which provides the ultimate in extravagant entertaining with hand painted units and marble work tops. The large dining table will amply seat at least 10.
Outside there is a delightful courtyard with solid oak decking, mirrored panels and benches either side of an outdoor gas fireplace. The seating area is surrounded by large lead planters with olive trees, rose, jasmine and wisteria creepers.
On the lower ground level guests are in for further treats! The cinema room has a 65” Plasma TV with high definition projector and motorised screen and surround sound. You'll have access to the home's Kaleidoscope movie network. There are large glass roof lights with large mirror panels below either side of a hand carved marble gas fireplace. Again, oak flooring blends with the built-in bespoke oak storage and library shelving.
For more energetic guests there is a fully air conditioned gym with floor to ceiling mirrored walls, state of the art Technogym equipment including a Kinesics Personal Trainer, Power Plate, running machine and 50” Plasma TV.
There is a large study (which can also be made into a seventh bedroom) with the benefit of an en-suite. At the other end of the lower ground floor is a further bedroom with en-suite and a fully equipped utility room and kitchenette. (This space could be perfect should you have/require a housekeeper during your stay).
On the first floor the entire level accommodates the splendid master suite complete with en-suite bathroom and dressing room.
The five further bedrooms, arranged over the remaining two floors, have their own marble en-suite bathrooms and each is exquisitely decorated with silk carpets and antique style beds.
Each of the living rooms and master suite has a TV. Throughout the property is Lutron lighting system, Crestron sound system, electric blinds and curtains, iPod docks and air-conditioning. For cooler days, there are 6 working gas fires in the property.
There are 2 parking spaces behind the house. Chelsea Square is one of the largest and most beautifully maintained private garden squares in London. Considered to be positioned in one of the best locations in Chelsea, with its convenience to the widest possible range of amenities and recreational facilities in prime central London.
Walk to the Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History Museum and Science Museum, Harrods, Harvey Nichols and the boutiques of Knightsbridge. The nearby King's Road is packed with cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
For transport, a short cab ride will transport you quickly to anywhere in central London. Alternatively, the nearest tube station is South Kensington which is about a 10 minute walk and will connect you to the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines, giving access across London.

If available, these can be agreed directly with customer services before your stay. Please note that the availability of check-ins outside our standard check in times depends on the availability of the property immediately before your arrival.
