Beautiful Villa by the Seaside with Private Pool

This contemporary 4 bedroom villa is located in a quiet location on Umalas, ‘the Beverly Hills’ of Bali, and only 5 minutes from Seminyak and the beach. It is a typically Balinese location, with beautiful views over the rice fields of Umalas, and the river.
The villa offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and most famous district of Seminyak, while maintaining the quiet and calm for a relaxing vacation.
This villa is newly built inspired from Balinese main building which houses a huge living room (80m) which opens onto the pool and the garden. The large lounge and dining room is tastefully decorated with white furniture and clean lines which emits an aura of simplicity and modern style.
There is a cooker available in the kitchen to make meals, and it is also possible to have a chef for dinner (at an extra charge). We recommend delivered meals - you have a large choice of good local restaurants available in the book at the villa.
The two bedrooms facing the pool with a queen-size bed and bathroom also share the fantastic views. Upstairs, facing rice field terraces, you will find two master bedrooms - each of them complete with private bathroom and terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the magnificent view. All rooms are air conditioned and have a flat screen TV with a DVD player and cable channels.
There is a gorgeous and fresh outdoor swimming pool (13m x 4m) with a raised area for children, and jacuzzi throne facing the beautiful garden with trees and a few chairs to enjoy the sun. For family with young children, we can put a small fence around the swimming pool. Young children do not have to go outside through the pool as there is a connection inside the two rooms on the ground floor.
The villa is only 5 minutes’ drive (1.5m) from the beach (or a short walk) and only approximately 500 metres from the first of many restaurants. It is only 5 minutes’ drive to a good area for entertainment and restaurants, and Umalas Stable and Spa. There is a small supermarket within a short walk as well. Nirwana, an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman and voted as Asia’s Best for 5 years in a row, is only 20 minutes away.
