No smoking pets, or parties. Please note, although this home is in a wonderfully family-friendly location, it's also opposite a school. Whilst weekends are fine, this tends to make the area a bit busier on weekdays. The home is split over a raised ground and lower ground floor, so there are a few steps between living areas. Portable fans are available to keep you cool during the summer months. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
